Tell us what happened

• Your store’s .myshopify.com domain.
• The module involved and the expected and actual result.
• The approximate date and time. For Bulk Editor, include the job reference.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, customer lists or order exports. Remove customer information from screenshots.

Setup and permissions

Open the app through Shopify Admin. Place storefront blocks with the theme editor and preview them before use. Optional permission requests, publication rules and email automation require an explicit action in the app. If a feature is unavailable, check its plan and permissions notice first.

Plans and changes

Use the Plans page inside the app to review feature limits and manage your Shopify subscription. For an unexpected catalog result, pause further jobs and review the affected job history before starting another change.

Privacy requests

Store administrators can open Customer data requests in the app to download available exports and track the request. Deliver the files through the store’s verified privacy process; the app does not automatically email them to customers. Customers should contact their merchant first. See the privacy policy for data use and retention.
